Great location, clean, friendly staff! This was our second time staying here for our anniversary. There was an accident where a pipe busted and multiple people had to evacuate their room. Unfortunately we were one of those people and we had to move rooms later at night. Staff were very friendly and apologetic during the situation. You could tell they were very stressed but they handled their self great. We were refunded the price of our room which was great. We didn’t expect a full refund, just a partial but they gave us a full. The hotel is a great location. Not far past the outlet mall and 5 Oaks restaurant. Just before you get into all the traffic. Room were clean. We would stay here again.

My favorite part was the view of the river. The staff were extremely friendly, the rooms were virtually immaculate, the perks of staying there (tickets, discounts, etc.) was something I hadn’t experienced prior, and the location is central to all the “touristy” things around town.

2nd time staying. Love the landscaping, pool area, plenty of parking, excellent location and the limited food and beverage offerings in the lobby. Check in and check out was a breeze. There is a nice fire pit area and rocking chairs on the balconies. Plenty of birds to watch. The room was nice, spacious and everything worked as it should.

Pigeon Forge is a family entertainment hotbed in the Great Smoky Mountains. Though ‘great’ is quite an understatement, as the sight of blue mist hovering above forested peaks is simply breathtaking.
The most famous attraction is undoubtedly Dollywood, where a steam train puffs around a host of rides and shows in a theme park named after country legend Dolly Parton. Within the grounds is the Southern Gospel Museum and Hall of Fame, and next door are pools and waterslides at Dolly’s Splash Country.
Cowboy boots should be at the ready for the singer’s Dixie Stampede dinner theatre and the Country Tonite Theater, and toe-tapping is also virtually guaranteed at the Grand Majestic Theater and Smoky Mountain Opry.
The Old Mill is a wooden watermill on the Little Pigeon River, once part of a forge complex which sparked the town’s name. Also by the river are some Pigeon Forge outlet malls and the NASCAR SpeedPark which hosts car and truck events. The Elvis Museum houses memorabilia of ‘The King’ while the Titanic Museum is a floating, half-size replica of the doomed ship.
This is just the tip of the iceberg and with Booking.com’s great deals on pet-friendly hotels and cheap motels on Pigeon Forge Parkway, you might just be tempted to do what the town’s sign requests: Y’all come back.
The area is beautiful and there is a ton of things to do.
The area is beautiful and there is a ton of things to do. Best thing to do would be to book your hotel and get the coupon books and then get tickets or whatever you need once you get there it will save you money. Plus make sure you have a good bit of money if you want to do stuff everyday of your trip if you are staying a few days

We love the atmosphere and the friendliness of everyone.
We love the atmosphere and the friendliness of everyone. Never have we ran into a rude employee at any business or restaurant that we have visited. This is what keeps us coming back every year. Sometimes twice a year. Our favorite places to eat are the Applewood and the Old Mill. Also the Peddler in Gatlinburg. Love to eat at restaurants we don't have at home. Traffic can sometimes be absolutely crazy. Especially on the weekends or during car show events. We try to visit during the middle of the week if we can. Traffic is more bearable. We love to ride the mountain coasters and visit the Old Smoky Moonshine places. Sugarlands in Gatlinburg is our favorite. The Island is another of our favorite spots. Lots of things to do there and the water show is really nice. Especially at night.

Pigeon Forge is an amazing place to go.
Pigeon Forge is an amazing place to go. Lots to do no matter what age group you’re in. We did the Steve Best magic show and it was awesome. There’s any kind of food you can think of to eat all up and down the strip. Definitely take in the fountain show at the Island and go early, just make a day of it there.
Traffic is always packed and slow moving, if you don’t want to drive to places you’re going, just ride the tram instead! It goes everywhere, including Gaitlynburg. Better than trying to find a spot to park when going there!!

So many interesting things to do with so little time to do them. Highly recommend going. Sunliner Diner is a must to eat. Dollywood was amazing but $100.00 for 3 hamburgers 5 fries and 2 drinks is a bit much especially since we had to assemble the burgers ourselves.
